ATHLETIC EARLY RELEASES: Go to  DAILY EARLY RELEASE CALENDAR         
 Early Release times are exact. Students are required to stay in the classroom until the posted early release time to leave. Failure to follow the early release times will result in a Truancy on students' Attendance Record.

GERMAN EXCHANGE !!!
We will have a meeting during lunch this week Wednesday May 16th in the German classroom. We still need host families for 5 students. Everyone hosting and is interested in hosting please attend this meeting. We just have a few weeks left before summer break. I appreciate all the input from students and parents to make this one of our most memorable exchanges yet. See you Wednesday at lunch in

SENIOR PROJECTS – VOLUNTEER JUDGES
Senior Projects will take place on Tuesday June 4th and Wednesday, June 5th. 
Volunteer judges are needed for this important two day event—judging times are between 1-3PM.
If any student or faculty member knows of someone who would like to be a community judge please contact Mr. Wood.                                          6.4
 

Eyeglasses Drive thru May17.....Do you have any unwanted or unneeded eyeglasses or sunglasses?

Donate them in the box provided in your English class!  The glasses will be cleaned, refurbished and represcribed to benefit someone who doesn’t have access to eyecare. 

 

GUANATO’S ICE CREAM – FRIDAY
Ice cream will be sold after school in the Forum. Come and get some! Profits will go to pediatric research. 
 

NORTHGATE @ LESHER CENTER

Practice makes perfect, as Northgate instrumental music will prove at the Lesher Center for the Arts on Wed. May 22, 7 p.m.  The Northgate concert and symphonic bands, orchestra and wind ensemble will perform their annual Spring Concert - which is always a highlight, their final and best concert of the year.  Their pieces include Skylife by Balakrishnan,  Undertow by Mack, and New World Variation by Shaffer. Elections for officers of The Be the Change Club will be next week, May 23rd.  If you are interested in running for office, please pick up instructions from Mrs. McClelland in Attendance and be ready to give a 2 minute "commercial" this Thursday (May 16) about why you want to run for office!  Be the Change Club meets every Thursday at lunch in Room 91.
